How do I return an item?

Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email sales@safecommproducts.com to request a refund & we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:

Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned. These are mainly custom built products.

Merchandise that has been damaged, worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your items(s) are in like new condition, you may exchange for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will be required to pay for return shipping.
